OUR EXPERIENCE WAS AMAZING

Recently my mother in law passed away and my father in law decided to bury her in her wedding gown she made herself 30 years ago, the gown was gorgeous and needed extreme alteration considering it was over 30 years old. Pa Thao took on the job on her own time with only the weekend to complete the alterations. Pa poured her heart and soul into the dress and was extremely thoughtful and loving throughout the entire process. The price of the alterations was 100% fair considering the rush and the amount of work needed. I would recommend Evermore and especially Pa and her kind daughter to anyone, our experience was amazing and my mother in law will be laid to rest in one of her most prized possessions.

A KIND, PROFESSIONAL, AND HAPPY STAFF!

I had a wonderful experience at Evermore’s North Loop Store. My daughter was recently married and needed her dress altered. Of course she had waited until the last minute to find a dress, not for lack of trying. I went to Evermore to see if we could get in there was one opening left for the month. The dress turned out beautifully and everything was done as promised. Pa even walked over from All Seasons for one last fitting. Then it was my turn. I couldn’t decide on a dress and a couple of weeks before the wedding asked Linda what I should do. She assured me that I could get in the week of the wedding and it would be taken care of. Pa fitted me and altered the dress perfectly. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate everything everyone did for us. A kind, professional, and HAPPY staff. They always put the customer first and that is the way it has always been. Thanks again to everyone for truly making the wedding as stress free as you did. YOU FIXED A HORRIBLE MISTAKE

I must reiterate how incredibly impressed I am with your service. Besides being incredibly reasonable, you took the impossible and made it possible. My daughter's wedding dress had red interspersed with a cream color. She took it to a dry cleaner and the worst happened. The red color bled into the cream of the dress. It was horrible, and she was in tears! I found out about your service, and now I am so excited to take a totally restored dress to her when I visit in June. Thank you! Thank you!

RESTORED HEIRLOOM GOWN

When I tried on the wedding dress that both my mother and grandmother had worn, I knew that it was the dress I wanted to wear for my wedding. In total, eleven family members have worn the gown – with the first wedding taking place in 1941. It had minimal wear and tear, but had yellowed quite a bit over the years and had some stains. Wedding Gown Care Specialist was able to remove the yellowing and the stains, and when I wore it on my wedding day it looked beautiful. HIGHLY recommend this company. I bought my wedding dress at a sample sale knowing there was a stain. I did not set high expectations, because who knows how long the stain had been on the dress?! These ladies COMPLETELY removed the stain and bustled my dress. Perfection.

BEYOND IMPRESSED

I went to the Evermore New Hope location and it was UNREAL. Both a friend and my day of coordinator suggested Evermore and I am SO glad they did. Nga was unbelievable - my dress was way too big for me and she had me come in multiple times over a two-month time span to get it just right. It was a strapless dress (something I had always vowed that I wouldn't get) and she altered it SO well - she took it in perfectly at the ribs so it stayed up the entire day without me thinking about it, but it wasn't too tight. And she was personable too! I was trying to figure out what to do with my hair/ headpiece and she was the one who helped me figure out what to ultimately do - which I loved when I look back at pictures!! I have told so many people about wonderful Evermore in New Hope and how amazing Nga was. Thank you so much, Evermore and especially Nga! And I took my dress in after the wedding and got it preserved - they were great. They got everything out (even a red wine stain on the back) and walked me through my annual care so I can keep it in pristine condition forever and pass it on. Beyond impressed

NOW I CAN PASS MY DRESS ON

They did an amazing job recovering my gigantic tulle train that was being dragged everywhere on the ground including the street! Make-up stains completely gone and it looks even brighter than what i remembered when i originally bought it! Im relieved to know that my dress is safely put away in an acid free artifact museum type box and i have a lifetime guarantee from any yellowing or caramelization! Now I can pass the dress on to my future daughters, thanks evermore!
